We added Seville to our Spain Itinerary at the last minute.

But after 10 minutes there we decided that we never wanted to leave!

Seville wasn’t as much of a culture shock for us, as we are native Spanish speakers, but being in Seville made all of our worries melt away.

Hotel Alfonso XIII

This is arguably the best hotel in Seville.

It’s location alone make it the perfect place to stay for wandering the city as it’s only a few minutes from Plaza de España and the Real Alcazar de Seville.

But if you need another reason to stay here, just remember that it is literally fit for a king – King Alfonso XII

He and the Queen attended a banquet at the opening of this hotel to celebrate their daughter’s wedding.

The City of Seville owns the building itself and The Luxury Collection division of Starwood Hotels manages the property. If you’re looking for some luxury, look no further!

Hotel Rey Alfonso X

This is where we stayed on our trip to Seville and absolutely loved it!

The hotel is super sleek and modern, and the location is hard to beat.

It’s also close to everything and is in such a picturesque part of town that we would walk just up the street and find several cute cafes to have a meal. We definitely recommend staying here on your next trip to Seville. The staff are wonderful and will not disappoint!

Hotel Amadeus & La Musica

If you’re looking for a bright and airy hotel, with a touch of old-world Spanish charm, this hotel is for you.

It has great ratings on both cleanliness and location, and is reasonably priced as well! Enjoy breakfast on the rooftop terrace and snap some photos of the city views!

Hotel Posada del Lucero

If you love history then you should make it a point to stay in this hotel.

This building is said to be the oldest inn in Spain and National Historical and Artistic Monument class declared it a Site of Cultural Interest, dating back to the 16th century! It doesn’t get any more authentic than that!

Fontecruz Sevilla Seises

Want to stay in a part of the Archbishop’s Palace?

That’s right, this hotel also dates back to the 16th century, but has been updated a bit to accommodate lots of luxury.

Have breakfast admiring the old Moorish details, or go up to the rooftop swimming pool and bar for some fantastic views! Either way this hotel is ready to impress!
